If it is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., use this request form to contact the Library IT Support Staff. This form will require you to log in with your UD credentials.
Stop by the Hello Desk in the first-floor lobby or Information Point near the center of the first floor. Hours for the Hello Desk and Information Point are available on the Libraries website.
If you are using one of the spaces for an event or class and no Library IT Support Staff is available, contact the UDit Service Center.

If you have suggestions for improvement to the Technology in Library Spaces guide, please submit them through the Library IT Support Request form (requires a UD login).
Need a Cable, Charger, Microphone, or other Media Equipment?
The library lends a variety of technology and equipment. Check the availability of these items at either the Hello Desk or Information Point on the first floor. Hours for the Hello Desk and Information Point are available on the Libraries website. Items will be sanitized upon return, which may cause a delay in availability.
