Meeting Room 215 Audiovisual Support

Room 215 is a very popular room for in-person meetings conducted by library staff and faculty.

The room includes the following equipment & features:

  • A Windows 11 workstation
  • Wireless keyboard and mouse
  • Crestron control panel with options to display content from the workstation, an HDMI-connected laptop, or Cable TV, and options for controlling volume
  • A large wall-mounted display
  • An external webcam mounted to the top of the display
  • Integrated sound system with ceiling mounted speakers

NOTE: the room does not have integrated microphones for sound input.
