Problem with a Link?
If you are experiencing an issue with an access link within UDiscover, you can submit an issue report form.
Click the "Report an Issue" link within the full record for an individual search result (you can get here by clicking any title link from the search results page). As shown in the screenshot below, the link is located towards the center of the screen, within the "Send to" section.
Once the link is selected, a form will open. You will be required to enter a few pieces of information related to your submission (description of the issue, whether you are on- or off-campus, etc).
After submitting the form, a library staff member will troubleshoot and respond to your issue within two business days.
