Troubleshooting
Do you already have a Dayton Business Journal account associated with your @udayton or @udri.udayton email account? Complete these steps to ensure you activate your free UD access:
- Sign out of your account on Dayton Business Journal's website
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
- Select the option to sign in from the Dayton Business Journal's landing page
- Enter your UD email address and password for your existing Dayton Business Journal account. This will prompt a window allowing you to select a checkbox to join the University of Dayton's group subscription. Select the checkbox for this option.
- After selecting this and clicking "Continue," you will receive access through UD's campuswide subscription.
