Teaching with Digital Assignments

A collection of information and resources for integrating digital materials, activities, and projects in undergraduate education.

About this Guide

This guide is designed for educators who are integrating digital materials, activities, and projects (broadly referred to as digital assignments) into their teaching, curriculum, and classrooms. It focuses on pedagogy and student learning in undergraduate settings.

Use the navigation menu on the left side of this page to learn and find resources for:

  • Digital assignment basics
  • Resources for assignment planning, including key pedagogical and classroom considerations
  • Assignments available for reuse and repurposing
  • Teaching materials and tools
  • Digital literacy and digital citizenship
  • Resources and services available through Roesch Library and other units on campus
This guide is inspired and informed by the work of digital scholarship leaders and academic libraries across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Many of the linked resources are tools and information developed and shared by institutions, professional communities, and individual educators.
Please contact Liz Grauel, UD's Digital Pedagogy Librarian, for questions and suggestions pertaining to this guide.
