Double check to make sure you have access. You might be hitting an error message or a paywall because the library does not subscribe to the resource. Information about what the library currently subscribes to can be identified through our A-Z database list or our A-Z publication list
Check the settings on your device:
Try using a different browser
Clear your cache/saved data. If you're uncertain how to do this, please review the following instructions for all major web browsers
Log out of your session by closing the web browser window. Once closed, reopen and try again
If all of the above fails, contact us

Make sure you're connected to one of the University of Dayton wi-fi networks. If you are connected to a UD network and still are experiencing access issues, look for "Institutional Login" links
