SpringerLink is a broad collection of books and journals in a variety of disciplines. For searches in the Health Sciences, this is a great resource for finding texts on specific topics. You can browse titles by discipline or perform a search. Try searching for "osteoporosis."
That's far too much to sort through on your own! Also, it looks like the first results are not available with the University Libraries' subscription. Fortunately, SpringerLink includes features to help you filter your results. Be sure the Include Preview-Only Content box is NOT checked, and select Book from the list of Content Types.
This seems much more reasonable! At this point, you can scan through the result list to find the book that will be most relevant to your research. When you open up an eBook, it will look like this:

Scrolling down will show the full Table of Contents, including download links for individual chapters and sections. Also, you can search within the book for specific content. Try another search using keywords like "hip surgery" and see what you can find!
