ArcGIS StoryMaps is the 'official' StoryMaps tool for combining maps, timelines, visual media, and text in an interactive webpage - and it does not require any coding or web design experience to use. This tool is not cost free, but it is available to UD faculty and students, and projects published to public audiences can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection.
