This annual database provides access to physical science and social sciences editions of journal performance metrics based on the Thomson ISI citation databases. Content is grouped into the following categories: agricultural sciences, arts & humanities, interdisciplinary, biology & biochemistry, chemistry, clinical medicine, computer science, economics & business, engineering, environment & ecology, geosciences, history & archaeology, literature & language, materials science, mathematics, multidisciplinary, philosophy & religion, physics, plant & animal science, psychiatry & psychology, social sciences, and visual & performing arts.
Step 2. Click on "Browse by Category."
Step 3. You will see a page that lists different academic disciplines. Click on Education & Educational Research.
Step 4. You will be taken to a page that compiles information about all the education journals indexed in the JCR. This information includes things such as the total number of education journals, their total citations, and their median impact factors, all broken down by year.
Step 5. Click on any of the blue highlighted text to view more details.
Step 6. Scrolling down the compilation page, you'll find a chart that shows the range of Impact Factors that education journals receive.
