Step 5: Pin the Information on a Map
Text Directions: Pinning the Information on Google MyMaps
- Search the address you chose to research in the search bar above the map.
- Click + Add to Map.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the text box.
- Add the information you found in HeritageQuest to the text box below the address. Click Save.
- Go back to the research guide and locate the photo of the house you've researched on the House Images page.
- Right click on the image and select Save image as... from the menu to save the image to your computer.
- Return to the map and click the camera icon.
- Upload the image and click save.
