Assignment Overview

First Take Panel Podcast: Groups of 4 students—one (1) moderator and three (3) panelists—will create a First Take 15–20-minute podcast using their assigned Sports Litigation Alert (SLA). Panelists will offer “hot takes” on the cases highlighted in SLA.
