Library Research Sessions

Welcome!  Roesch Library librarians are prepared to teach students the basics of academic research.  The librarians are also available to meet with your students one-on-one for research consultations.

Syllabus Statement:  Library Research Support

Roesch Library's reference services offer free research assistance on any assignment, at any stage of the research process. Visit the first floor Information Desk to meet in-person, or connect remotely with a librarian via the Libraries’ Get Help page: https://udayton.edu/libraries/help.php. Research consultation service hours are listed online at libcal.udayton.edu/hours. No appointment is necessary, although they are available; to make an appointment with a librarian, see either the Library Resources tab in Isidore or connect via https://libcal.udayton.edu/appointments.

Infographic

Created by Ann Zlotnik and Katy Kelly, here is a useful infographic for students who are working on a research-based project.  We encourage you to share this infographic with your students.  Read more about the planning process in Katy's blog piece.
