Oral History Recording Equipment

Oral history kits are available on reserve for use by students in History 350 during the Fall 2024 semester. There are a total of four kits. Use the calendar below to identify available dates as you are coordinating with the individuals you will be interviewing.

Reserve an Oral History Kit

• Oral history kits at Roesch Library can only be borrowed by current University of Dayton students, faculty and staff. Each kit loans out for 2 days with no renewals. 

• Patrons can only check out 1 kit at a time.

• The patron is responsible for any lost or damaged equipment. If the entire kit is lost or damaged, the patron will be responsible for the full cost of the kit. Refunds will not be made if equipment is found after the patron has paid the replacement fee.
