Project Planning
Digital projects are very often collaborative and may benefit from some basic project planning to ensure that all collaborators have a shared understanding of the project's goals, who will be involved and what their roles are, the timeline, and the future plans for the project once it is complete.
Project Charter
A basic project charter is a good framework for getting all collaborators on the same page. It is an important step to make sure everyone is working toward the same goals and that everyone has similar expectations. The University Libraries has a template for a basic charter:
