Borrowing Policies

UD faculty and staff members, Marianists, and religious studies graduate students may check out most materials for a renewable three week period.

UD undergraduate students and visitors to the library may use all materials in the reading room on the third floor. 

There is one computer available for public use in the reading room.

The following materials are housed in the U.S. Catholic Special Collection on the third floor:
- Materials classified in BX
- Reference materials
- Beckmeyer Collection
- Ellis Joseph Catholic Education Collection
- Bro. Leo Willett, S.M., Collection of Catholic Americana
- St. Anthony Messenger Press Depository Collection
- Archival materials

All other materials of the U.S. Catholic Special Collection are housed in Ground Storage and may be requested from the Circulation Desk.
