Regional and Local Economy

Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce - The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce's vision is "a continuously improving regional business environment."  Its membership includes companies from all lines of business, the top segments being professional services and manufacturing. Posted on its site are the 2021 Dayton Economic Outlook and Economic Indicators, critical to analyzing the local economic health of the region.
Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission - MVRPC is a voluntary association of local governments and non-governmental organizations surrounding Dayton, Ohio. These organizations use MVRPC to identify priorities, develop public policy and implement collaborative strategies to improve the quality of life and economic vitality throughout the Miami Valley.  Its site is particularly good for issues pertaining to land use, transportation, and the environment in the region.
